Return Policy

Any issue with your order, please notify us within 5 days or receipt merchandise by phone or email. No claim will be accepted passed this delay. Should you receive any damaged items, please notify immediately the carrier in order to claim. Please leave damaged items in original box for inspection.

Return freight must be paid by the customer. Refused orders subject to freight charges plus restocking fee.

Order Processing Time


Economy and Standard delivery orders usually ship from our hands 24-48 hours after the order is placed; these orders require a 1 – 2 business day order processing time. 

Additionally, the order processing time for Economy and Standard delivery orders may be longer during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother’s Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion. If you have questions concerning when your Economy or Standard order will be shipped, please email Customer Service.

Southern Glim cannot ship packages on days that are US national holidays. The following dates are affected:

    • Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day)

    • Saturday, July 4 (Independence Day)

    • Monday, September 7 (Labor Day)

    • Thursday, November 26 (Thanksgiving Day)

    • Thursday, December 24 (Chrismas Eve)

    • Friday, December 25 (Christmas Day)

    • Friday, January 1 (New Years Day 2016)


Rush orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day.
